It is attached to the original wooden church which is now a small hall seating 80 people. This was recently redecorated and refurbished, and has an independent heating system.
Both halls are readily accessible by wheelchair users.
At the rear of the building are a very well equipped kitchen and storerooms and toilets, including a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities. There is also a good sized meeting room in good decorative order which is well furnished and equipped.
The halls are in constant use. St David’s playgroup meets every weekday morning during term time and various groups meet regularly, including Men’s Fellowship, Ladies’ Evening Fellowship, painting Club, Badminton Club, Youth Groups and the Church Lads’ and Church Girls’ Brigade. The halls are used regularly for social events for the church family. Community use includes the local hospital’s fund raising activities, bookings from other charities and the local council.
Other regular lettings are many and varied and include classes for karate, pilates and zumba, literacy, dance classes and young children’s activities. Revenue is also received from outside bookings for children’s parties, wedding receptions, and birthday and anniversary parties.
A small committee of the PCC manages the halls with paid cleaners. The halls are financially self supporting and contribute significantly to the overall income of the church..

The larger, main hall, makes a perfect venue for birthday parties, dances, exhibitions and many other events.
The smaller hall is more suited for smaller groups for meetings etc.
The excellent kitchen facilities are available if required.
